A Future Design session always begins with an in-depth conversation with our client to clarify the challenges and goals. Based on this, we create a tailored proposal. A session lasts at least half a day, but ideally, we spend a full day—or even engage in a development trajectory—traveling through time with the participants.

During the session, the facilitator guides you on a journey to the future—10, 20, 30, or even 40 years ahead. In this future, we experience the world as it might look then. From this perspective, we look back at the present: what do we see when we view our current time from the future? What advice, warnings, or compliments might we offer from that future world? This approach inspires participants to make different choices that impact both the present and the future.
