World Cafe Experience: effective dialogue during your meeting

The World Cafe Experience is the place where dreamers, thinkers and do’ers get together. Where knowledge and experience is shared with the aim of learning from each other and gaining new insights. The place where organizations can take steps in the right direction to achieve their goals or to shape change.

During a World Cafe we investigate how we can tackle issues. We like to look at multiple sides of a question. Based on a personal routing on everyone’s respective badge, we ensure the right mix of participants at the round tables for every round. In this way we optimize power of diversity and connection.

A World Cafe can be part of an existing conference, but we can also organize an entire conference, using the World Cafe setting to achieve stronger collaboration through other interactive methodologies.

WHEN CAN A WORLD CAFE BE APPLIED?

The World Cafe Experience can be applied in a wide range cases: team development, brainstorming, change management, knowledge gathering during a (small or large) conference, innovation process, organizational tilt, relationship/client building, team building or leadership training.
