Moderator World Cafe inspires and facilitates

The moderator makes all the difference during a World Cafe Experience. During the introductory keynote speech he/she ensures that all participants get into the right frame of mind. After all, we want to engage in dialogue and explore where we can complement each other based on diversity, rather than the contradictions of a debate. 

The goal and the content are paramount with our moderators. The chosen themes are therefore fully covered. In addition, the moderator makes clear what the 5 guiding principles are for a meaningful dialogue paving the way for an excellent dialogue to be held with each other during the round table session.

During the round table dialogue sessions the moderator will walk around, listen and assist where necessary. At the end of the session the moderator will provide some feedback on what caught our attention. A plenary session with all participants then takes place providing a meaningful reflection ensuring that an understanding is formed of how feedback is given.
