REQUEST

ABAB and Alfa Accountants en Adviseurs are two leading organizations. From 2025 they will continue as a new organization under the name aaff. Novella – theworldcafe is asked to shape the merger meeting in the renewed NBC together with ABAB and Alfa.

EXECUTION

190 leaders within the organization are welcomed to the interactive merger meeting ‘Changers: on the way to 2034’, moderated by chairman Kjell Lutz. During the first part, the Executive Board takes the participants through the story of the new organization.

THEMES

In the World Café, each participant passes each of the three types of theme tables, to reflect on the new story from a different question each time. A final work form in threes makes clear which buttons you can turn to guide the change.
