REQUEST
The Municipality of Westland has asked us to organize a meeting based on the topic of collaboration, for the department of Operational Management. The specific aim is to identify the common factor that lies within the second layer of the organization and to increase the collaboration.
IMPLEMENTATION
This session is moderated by Rick Koster; following an inspiring and interactive session, a so-called ‘on-your-feet conversation‘ according to Deep Democracy is held. This makes the thoughts about the various topics visible to the participants and polarities become visible. A perfect basis for the dialogue in the World Cafe.
THEMES
The ‘on-your-feet conversation’ ensures that the dialogue quickly gets underway. There are three rounds and all participants get to partake in all three topics of conversation: collaboration, pride and independance.

World Cafe Deep Democracy proved to be the right choice for this group to together, quickly and effectively investigate how collaboration can improve and how individual employees view this!
Deep Democracy and the activating method ‘on-your-feet conversation’ ensures that the participants quickly get underway with a meaningful dialogue in the World Cafe. It is very cool to see that the combination worked really well for this group!
