Management event Alliade: Alliade in motion!

REQUEST

In 2017 Alliade started a renewed strategy. Over the next few years Alliade intends to develop into a network organization where meaningfulness forms the connection. This first management event should contribute to this renewed strategy.

EXECUTION

All managers, directors and controllers met on Tuesday April 10th at the trotting course in Wolvega. The program consists of a keynote speech held by Rick Koster, flash presentations by Alliade employees and a World Cafe session.

THEMES

During the World Cafe the participants form a dialogue about the impact of the rapidly changing world on: Our own leadership and that of our employees, our clients’s respective direction, the organization of our work.
