REQUEST

The Educational Communication Agency Podium has asked us to organize a World Café to celebrate the 1-year anniversary of the Sustainable Infrastructure Team of the Province of South Holland. The goal is for every employee, especially in mobility projects, to engage in conversations with colleagues and others, sharing knowledge and experiences.

EXECUTION

As an experienced behavioral expert, Anne-Maartje Oud will kick off the World Café with an engaging and lively keynote speech on practical ways to draw more attention to sustainability within projects. She will especially focus on three steps you can take to change your own behavior, leading to meaningful results.

THEMES

The 70 participants will explore each of the sub-themes: Project Ownership – Collaboration – Planning with Impact, and Planning for Impact. A lively dialogue will take place. After lunch, new colleagues will join, and a plenary reflection on the session will follow. Additionally, everyone will fill out a postcard with the action they personally want to take.

All participants received a personalized magazine approximately four weeks after the event, featuring a recap of the entire event. Each completed postcard was also delivered as a reminder of the action they had committed to. The magazine: Magazine-provincie-Zuid-Holland
