World Café ‘Clubs Unite’

REQUEST

Vital and safe clubs make the difference. In October 2023, board members and other volunteers have been invited by Rotterdam Sportsupport to talk to each other and come up with great ideas. Novella-theworldcafe.nl is organizing a dynamic evening, partly made possible by De Spreker.

EXECUTION

About 150 passionate volunteers from approx. 60 clubs in Rotterdam participate enthusiastically in the program. After the opening by the alderman, Jeannette Welp inspires the guests with her interactive contribution and ensures connection. Then the always dynamic World Café starts in the crowded sports canteen!

THEMES

All participants will pass each of the three types of theme tables in three rounds: 1. An irresistible club (for young and old); 2. A safe club for everyone; 3. (Social) entrepreneurship and management. After three dynamic rounds, Jeannette Welp and Jaap Voerman collect the many ideas on the tablecloths.
