From Advisor to Ambassador

REQUEST

The UWV Employment Services is organizing a themed day on inclusive workforce consulting in Bunnik for approximately 80 employees. The goal is for participating advisors, labor experts, and managers to increasingly adopt the role of ambassador both within and outside the organization.

EXECUTION

Rick Koster sets the right mindset with his inspiring keynote speech, allowing participants to then translate ideas into practice together in the World Café. His talk offers an enlightening and humorous insight into organizations, responsibility, freedom, and trust.

THEMES

In the World Café, everyone explores the sub-themes: Ambassadorship, The Question Behind the Question, and Professional Space. Over the course of three rounds, participants provide substantial input, offering practical tools to enhance and expand the impact of business consulting in daily practice.

All participants received a personalized magazine about four weeks after the event, providing a recap of the entire experience.
