REQUEST
Veldsink Groep is a major national player in the field of financial services with its 7 companies. For the three annual Veldsink days, each time for 200 employees, Novella-theworldcafe.nl is asked to organize an interactive afternoon in the form of a dialogue session.
EXECUTION
The World Café starts with an inspiring and often hilarious keynote speech by Paul Smit. His contribution is about the latest neuroscientific insights that can be useful in customer contact. And how you can collaborate even better. Paul Smit then gave the process introduction.

The session took place in one room with 24 round tables. Participants will pass three types of theme tables in three rounds:
