REQUEST
Verint’s three-day EMEA Sales Kick-off in London (United Kingdom) is all about Customers First. Verint asks us to organize an international World Cafe on day 2 with the goal: to let the guests share ideas and experience to add even more value for the customer.
EXECUTION
The World Cafe session starts with an inspiring story by Paul Smit regarding the latest insights from the neuro sciences. How can your powerful unconscious brain help you to be of even more value for your customers? Paul gives appealing examples and surprisingly concludes his keynote speech with an energetic performance with vocals and guitar.
THE DIALOGUE
In three dynamic World Cafe rounds, each of varying composition, the participants develop concepts to be of more value to their customers. The World Cafe appears to be an effective and dynamic addition to the three-day program.
The EMEA Sales kick-off, in short:
The goal was to let the participants share ideas and experiences to become of even more value for the customer. We dare to say that this goal has been achieved. You saw a lot happening at the tables, beautiful thoughts were written on the table cloths and represented in creative drawings. As feedback we have been told that it was interesting to look at daily affairs in a different way, to “dream” about them and to “brainstorm” with the other attendees.
